Ravi brings over six years of experience in industrial returnable packaging. Before founding Packoplus, he built a strong foundation in sales and marketing, making customer-centricity and strategic marketing the company’s core competencies. His expertise in understanding client pain points, industry demands, and market trends allows Packoplus to deliver tailored packaging solutions with faster turnaround times, high-quality products, and unmatched responsiveness.


His excellence in business strategy and exports has been recognized at the Export Summit, where he received a prestigious award for his contributions. His insights on scaling businesses, innovation in packaging, and long-term vision were also featured in Nayan Vikatan, a leading publication.


In addition to driving sales and marketing, Ravi is spearheading the development of Go Green packaging solutions, helping customers achieve their carbon emission reduction targets. By integrating sustainable materials like Bio-PET and eco-friendly wooden packaging, he is positioning Packoplus as a leader in environmentally responsible packaging.


Under his leadership, the company has developed a strategic sales roadmap, ensuring that customer engagement, lead conversion, and after-sales service are top priorities. Ravi believes in relationship-driven business growth, ensuring Packoplus remains a trusted partner for industries like automotive, electronics, and manufacturing. His vision is to scale the company into a market leader by leveraging technology, streamlining processes, and continuously innovating packaging solutions.

Nagalakshmi N
​Managing Director

Nagalakshmi oversees Accounts and Human Resources, ensuring financial stability and a well-structured workforce at Packoplus. With a keen eye for financial management, budgeting, and compliance, she ensures that all transactions are transparent, efficient, and aligned with the company's growth strategy. 


Her structured approach to payroll management, vendor payments, and statutory compliance helps maintain smooth financial operations.


In addition to handling accounts, she plays a crucial role in HR management, focusing on recruitment, employee engagement, and organizational policies. 


She ensures that Packoplus attracts and retains the right talent while fostering a work environment that promotes collaboration, productivity, and employee satisfaction. Through her leadership, Packoplus maintains a strong financial foundation and a motivated workforce, ensuring long-term growth and operational excellence.

Srinivas R

Srinivas leads Supply Chain Management, IT, and Process Development, ensuring that Packoplus operates with digital-first efficiency and seamless technology integration. He drives the company’s vision of leveraging digital tools to optimize operations, enhance transparency, and improve overall efficiency.


His expertise in procurement, vendor management, and logistics ensures that Packoplus delivers cost-effective, high-quality solutions on time. By automating processes, implementing data-driven decision-making, and integrating cloud-based systems, he ensures that Packoplus remains at the forefront of smart manufacturing and tech-enabled supply chain solutions.


With a focus on scalability and innovation, Srinivas is continuously improving manufacturing processes, digital workflows, and operational automation to align with the company’s growth objectives. He is also leading Packoplus’ transformation into a fully digital enterprise, ensuring that all aspects of the business—from order processing to production to customer service—are driven by technology.
